Tex Wax
This specially engineered wax was designed specifically for the waxed fabric that we use in our Tracer, Talons and Beast Hunter. Like a good pair of shoes, an oil cloth or waxed canvas product needs to be cared for and polished from time to time. This wax should be used in small doses to re-up the luster of your jacket and ensure a water seal.

Lifesaver: Saved my favorite coat from a foolish mistake
My dry cleaner foolishly accepted my waxed canvas Tracer (and I ignorantly handed it over to them!!), and I had to rewax the entire coat. Never dry clean waxed canvas! Spot clean it with cold water. This wax was a game changer, a lifesaver, my salvation. The wax is just loose enough to apply direct with a cloth without any extra heating. I worked the wax into the canvas with a cloth, and finally my coat is back to where it was. I may need to touch up my work (I'm not a pro!) over time, but without this quality of wax, I would have been out of luck. Thank you for selling this on your site!! Great for touch ups, too, of course!!

Volante Design
Hi there! This should be an easy fix. You should open the tex wax much like you'd open a tin of shoe polish. There's a small arrow where you press the lid down and that should raise the opposite side up enough to be able to open the tin. If you still have trouble let us know and we can help you work it out! Thanks, Willow
